Theme has a good quality.
Unfortunately I have to lower the rating because the attached SCSS files (in latest version - updated 6th Dec 2021) are from some other/older version of this template - and after compiling to CSS they mess up the styles.
I contacted the author, but in response I received unrelated information about working on CSS files.
I sent two more emails, again explaining that it is about the SCSS files, but haven't got response since more over a week.
This situation does not allow me to professionally use this template.
