Hi, How to disable the Theme Switcher on page? How to enable default box layout on the page?

The template configuration is Style Switcher but does not save the Layout Style editing system for Boxed (is allways Wide). While Predefined Colors and Background Image are fields only appear as empty list box (not editable select list).

how to install this theme for wordpress? I tried it. But error message missing style sheet.
