But I see your last update was in 10 September 16, and this maybe problematic. Do you have new versions outside Envato?

Hi, I bought this theme is more than a week that I ask for support, I already have a ticket, I would like to know why no one answers me. Also I have a question why the form I imitated from the demo is not shown as in the demo of the site?

I commented on your answer in the tiket, then I encountered another problem, using hero slider for the home page if I go to insert a video in a continuous slide with automatic repoduction, in the mobile version the video is not played. Is it possible to view the video only once?

Unfortunately it is not possible to fully install the template with a current fresh install of Wordpress 4.9.8:

The .zip archive (downloaded 5th December 2018) does only contain file timestamps older than 2016-09-09, so it looks like the downloadable archive may not be compatible with current WP (not to speak of recent wp 5.0) at all.

Please note that this is the first time ever that I downloaded and installed the template. Unfortunately I cannot access the support as it misteriously “expired” without me ever installing the template or activating the support period. – Please start it now (or start it over if that is what you prefer to call it).

I am looking forward to you reply.

I purchased a fresh license now in order to start-over with my page on Fajar-base. But I see the downloaded file package is just identical (all files date 2016-09-09 and earlier).

I cannot activate e.g. Revolution Slider (on WP 5.4.2), and the support section is closed here (“BrighThemes does not currently provide support for this item.”).

Please remit my money back. I should not pay twice for the same article and not even get support for it

how do we set the header nav centre logo as default for the site? it is not available in theme options under header and when I add new plugins some of the pages generated pick up the default theme settings which are displaying the incorrect layout

Fajar has major issues with newer versions of WooCommerce (cart update etc), template files way out of date. How can I get latest Fajar templates update – if available?

cannot as you say support has expired, how do I get more support, no where to supply? Also why in support area(even before expiry) are no ‘articles’ available to view, only my own tickets. Is there no forum for information that might prevent repeated ticket enquires?

Please fix your support site it does not work. and there are no forums to follow. infact when i go to fill out a support ticket and my purchase code gets rejected it says that the template is not valid.
