Hi, I seem to be getting the hang of this theme and how it works. But there are a few things which have to do with the homepage I still can’t get right. Hi, I am having some trouble changing the title at the top of my website. It still says ‘Falive’ at the top, even though when I customized the theme I entered my sites own name under ‘site identity’. Is there something I’m missing here? Thanks, Paul

Hi,
Do you use child theme? If yes, temporary switch your theme to parent theme (Falive theme) and then you can install & activate plugins via Appearance > Install Plugins. Then, switch back to your child theme.
Notes: This is related to TGM Plugin Activation.

Hi, three questions – Can the subscribe feature be linked with ConverKit and can you decide on what pages it shows? For the archive page, it’s shown with no sidebar, is this the only option or can you also do sidebar?

You could export the subscriber list to 3rd party email marketing tools, such as Convertkit, Mailchimp, etc.
There is no specific option to display subscribe form to only show on certain pages, but it should be possible but would most likely require customization. You could use our service here: http://support.jegtheme.com/custom-change-service/

Unfortunately, no. But as I mentioned above, the subscriber list can be download/export and you could import it manually from Convertkit, Mailchimp, etc.
