Your accusation is unreasonable, different environment could also be the issue, not only theme itself. So, we can't validate it because we not sure which version you use and the specific issue you had.

This theme is actively maintained in order to fix bug and add new features. The latest version: 1.1.1 is the latest patch of known issues (please see update logs). If there is new issue found by our team or reported by our customer, we will deliver update right away to fix it.

I do not see that you have created any support tickets at our support forum, so if I may suggest that you engage with our support team by creating a ticket here: http://support.jegtheme.com - and we will gladly take a closer look at your site to assist with any questions you may have.

We're very sorry that you feel this way. Actually we have detailed documentation and dedicated support forum where you can get help. We can assure you that is NOT true that we provide poor support, our support team already giving their best even checked up our customer server one-by-one for further investigation, and oftently giving FREE customization code for their needs and keep helping even tough outside of support area and for expired support time customer.

We are very aware that not everyone could run/create their website alone - even with easy-to-use theme. So, that's why we here providing dedicated support forum to help you.
