Really a nice theme that I like very much ! Unfortunately since recently the burger menu on mobile devices does no longer works? The page must be refreshed completely before the menu can be clicked on. Everything is updated and on the latest version. Thanks for your help. Br, Simone

The “burger menu” related feature is controlled by JavaScript, so this button can only work after the related JavaScript code has been fully loaded.

please HELP!
On Theme settings (single post intern section) I’m trying to clic: MARK THIS POST AS FEATURE POST, and HIDE THE FEATURED IMAGE ON THIS SINGLE POST, and just doesn’t work. Im having this issue a long time a go so I had to try 2, 3, 4 times but and the end worked. But this time is just dead. Doesnt work and I’m trying by 2 hours and nothing.

We tested the latest version of Fallsky on WordPress 5.6 but we did not see these problems. And we haven’t received any similar reports from other users, therefore, currently we are not sure what caused the problems on your website.
Please try the following steps:
Step 1 – Please make sure your website is running the latest version of WordPress (v5.6).
Step 2 – Please make sure your Fallsky theme is the latest version (Version 1.8.0 – released on December 20, 2020). You may like to check the related documentation: Updating Fallsky.
Step 3 – Check if the required plugin “Fallsky Extension” is the latest version (version 1.8.0).
Step 4 – Please deactivate all plugins except “Fallsky Extension”.
Step 5 – Clear the server cache and the browser cache, and then check again to see if the problems still exist.
If the problems persist, please open a support ticket at https://www.loftocean.com/help-center/ , and include your site URL and temporary administrator login credentials, and our support agents will help you further check the problem.

BIG ISSUE with the theme since a few days now. The post view cunter integrated with the theme is not working anymore. It blocks at 30+ views and won’t go up anymore on every article published these last couple of week. HELP PLEASE

We tested Fallsky ( version 1.8.0 ) with the latest version of WordPress ( version 5.6 ) on our test site, and we didn’t see the issue. Please check this page.
Just checked your website and found that the Fallsky on your website is version 1.1.7 (released on July 8, 2018). The latest version of the theme is version 1.8.0 (released on December 20, 2020).
Therefore, please try the following:
Step 1 – Please update both Fallsky and theme required plugin “Fallsky Extension” to the latest version ( version 1.8.0 ). For more information about how to update Fallsky and theme required plugin “Fallsky Extension”, please check this chapter of Fallsky online documentation.
Step 2 – Please also make sure that your website is running the latest version of WordPress and other plugins. Old versions of WordPress and plugins sometimes may cause strange issues.
If the issue persists after updating, please email your website URL and temporary administrator login credentials to general@loftocean.com , so that our developer can further check it for you.
By the way, please kindly note that your support license has expired. When you purchase products from Envato Market, a supported item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date.

Hi, I’m currently using child theme importing demo 1. I’ve tried to put code of Google Tag Manager but couldn’t find header/body sections. In the Theme Editor of admin panel what I can see is only Stylesheet/Theme Functions/wpml-config.xml. Should I put in parent theme? Please let me know what options I have. Thanks.

1. If you just need to disable the description for some specific categories:
You can simply remove the description text via the category editing page. Please refer to this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/HmrWZb .
2. If you want to disable description for all category pages:
Please add the following CSS code to the customizer > “Additional CSS” section:
.archive.category .category-description {
display: none;
}

Hi. I bought this theme, and, generally, everything is ok with it. But sometimes it works really slow. And it’s not because my server or DNS. Demo on your site has the same problem – very long TTFB od main request to the server. Not every time, but very often. Sometimes it can be even 3-9 seconds. And the problem is only with TTFB in main request, after it all other scripts, styles and media loads really fast. Do you have some idea where the problem can be and how to speed i up? On the same server I have 2 more websites and their main TTFB is 50-200ms

We have used this tool https://www.bytecheck.com/ to test the Fallsky demo site.
From the test results:
The test result is not the same every time. This is related to network conditions. The TTBF of the demo site is between 40 to 100 milliseconds most of the time. A few times it reaches hundreds of milliseconds or more than a thousand milliseconds. Please see these screenshots of the test results.
Because TTBF is related to many factors, and the environment of each site is different (using different themes and different plugins, the content of the site is also different), it needs to be checked and improved from many aspects. Are you referring to the “Sticky Site Header” animation? If so, you can disable this feature. Please open the WordPress customizer, and navigate to “Site Header” > “Header Layout” > find “Sticky Header” and select “No” from the dropdown list. Please refer to this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/PK7OjT .

It sounds like the reason for this problem is because you have not updated the required plugin “Fallsky Extension”. After updating the theme itself, the required plugin also needs to be updated to ensure the maximum compatibility with the theme.

After updating the required plugin, please clear your site cache and the browser cache, then refresh your pages to check the results.

Yes, you can set the hero banner static. This is a “Featured Posts Slider” in the “Default Demo 1”. If there is only one post in the slider, it will be static. If there are multiple posts in the slider, you can disable the “Auto Play” feature of the slider.
If you are referring to the background movement animation of the slider, then we can provide simple CSS code to remove the animation. Then, even if the slider is played automatically, the background image will only fade in and out, and will not move horizontally.

Theme customizer is a default WordPress feature, and it is part of every WordPress website. You can access it by logging into your WordPress admin area, and then going to “Appearance” > “Customize” from the left sidebar of your WordPress admin panel. This will open the Customizer interface with your current theme.

We are not very clear which home widget you are referring to, but you can try the following instructions:
1. Add or edit a home widget
You can add a home widget via your WordPress customizer > “Home Page” > “Home Main Content Area” > “Home Widgets”, click on the button “Add a Widget”, then click on a home widget to add it to your homepage.
You can drag and drop to reorder them, click on each widget to expand its settings panel to tweak content and style.

2. Edit a “Posts” Home Widget
If a “Posts” home widget disappears after you deleted all sample posts, it means that the post sources of that home widget no longer exist. You can edit that home widget and choose to display the new posts you added.
When editing a “Posts” home widget, please find the “Choose Posts” option. You can choose to display different posts in a “Posts” home widget, such as: the latest posts, posts from a selected categories, featured posts, most commented posts, etc. Please refer to this screenshot: https://d.pr/free/i/ACY5oV .

You can change the value of “height” to other value.
If you read this comment in email instead of on the ThemeForest comment page, you may see the CSS code wrapped in ”< pre >”. The ”< pre >” code are only used to display the CSS code correctly on the comment page. When copying CSS code, please do not copy them. To make sure you get the correct CSS code, please refer to this screenshot: https://d.pr/free/i/7ssLyr .
After adding custom CSS code, if you cannot see changes on the front-end, please clear your site cache and your browser cache, then refresh your pages to check the results.

I would prefer if I could use the styling in your theme but it only works with mailchimp? The aweber plugin is not so practical or appealing.

About Aweber: We will record all feature requests from pre-sales questions and customer feedback, and consider adding some new features in this “Feature Request List” in future updates. The priority of adding features depends on the number of same or similar requests we receive. So far, we have not received a similar feature request, so we currently have no plans to support Aweber. Hello, on the Homepage I have the sidebar on the left side. I would like to have the theme in full width. When I installed the theme had it in full width but when I started customizing, I could not remove the sidebar. Could you help me to remove it?

After clicking on import demo button, if you see this error message: “Error: Internal Server Error (500)”, this usually indicates a poor server configuration, usually on a cheap shared hosting (low values for PHP settings, missing PHP modules, and so on). Please contact your hosting support and ask them to update some PHP settings for your site.
