demo import does not import slider, you need to manually import it but the documentation does not include this information.
Use this to import it.

After 3 weeks of work I had to change theme because it is not viewable on many old browsers and operating systems.

This is a great theme with a beautiful design - I had a problem right after I purchased the theme and contacted Support. They responded 5 minutes later with a complete theme update! Thank you so much - Can't wait to get this live!
