Hi I have this theme but I have never updated it. I just downloaded the most recent one. However when I try and upload it to my wordpress it says file already exists. Do I have to delete the old theme and add the new one and then redo all my customizations.

When i try to import sample content, it dosen`t show anything ! 1 – I downloaded the sample content, 2 – went to “Tools-import” 3 – Checked the “Download and import file attachement” 4 – Clicked in submit The webpage loaded for same time and than show” PAGE NOT FOUND”.

Ah I see. Demo 2 is the content of the 1st one with changed colors. All color options are in Appearance > Customizer (the native WordPress customizer). You can simply get the background image from Demo 2 for the header for example and upload it to your website via the customizer. Also copy the colors (using a color picker) and adjust the website appropriately. Let me know if this makes sense
