Hello, I’m having issues with the drop down subcategory menu so products can not be searched or found. I spent 5 hours yesterday adding tags for one subcategory (bras) so they could be searched by type (underwire, soft cup, padded, etc). I saved and verified on the site as i was working, it looked great, then 2 hours later it was all un done. Shopify spent a long time looking at it and determined that it was caused by the theme. Please advise how items should be correctly tagged, and one item can be tagged for several types, and how to modify the drop down list. At the moment it a customer is searching by product using this method it appears as though we have almost no products. Thanks

Hello, I am interested in purchasing this theme. However I am not knowledgeable about the set up process. My current website was through big cartel and I changed it to Shopify. So now I need to change everything including the theme. How much would you charge to set up. My site is hart-and-sole-clothing.myshopify.com and sometimes when a customer looks at my website on their phone, the pictures are mixed around. On the collections page, a belt product will show a picture of a purse, or a shoe product will show a picture of a t-shirt. I have also seen the shopping cart icons and customer login be the visa and MasterCard logo. I have contacted Shopify and they said it’s an issue with the theme and to contact the developer. Please help.

The template looks great. I would like to purchase it. However, the mobile template doesn’t look good on Sams GS4. The teaser pictures are cut of at the top because of the navigation. Is there a possibility to custom the mobile template if I buy just the regular version? Is it also possible to create a multilingual template of it. I need at least two languages. Nice to meet you. Have purchased a theme, but the problem is when you add a theme style.css does not exist when uploading fashionplanet.zip files To see the contents of the zip file assets, config, layout, snippets, templates folder only exists.

Hi, is there a way to “Ajaxify” the cart so the customer isn’t redirected to the Cart page when they Quickshop and when they click the Cart button. Cheers.

Hello. I really like this theme but I am having some issues within the theme.
One issue is the drop down menu so far away from the parent tab? It makes it very difficult to catch the drop menu. When you click or hover over the Jewerly Collection, Handbag collection or any parent tab it disappears before you can select from the drop down list.
The other issue is that the fax number is not visible. I have gone into theme settings and things to that nature and it is not allowing me to update the fax number.
Please help.
