When shopify updated their platform I was unable to get a few functions to work correctly after purchasing the theme. I decided to send them an email with a list of issues I had (about 9 - 10 questions) They responded within 3 Minutes, logged in and resolved my update issues in 20 minutes

They showed me some tricks to get things to work in the future and explained why this happened, which was because of the Shopify updated security.
