We are unable to import complete dummy content of the theme. Have issued a ticket too, but no reply yet. Please help us importing all dummy content along with the sections and so on. Else we’d have to make them ourselves and that kills the purpose of purchasing a theme with dummy content. Thank you.

The content in the demos (images, video, products…) is for the demonstration purpose only and we cannot include it in the template because of copyright matter. We are so sorry about this.

SubMenu’s are not working. We tested using the Shopify preview and can see that the menu/submenus are set up properly in Shopify, and we can see a drop-down submenu working for the Head Icon that drops down: login, Register, My Wishlist, but NONE of our other navigation menus will work. I submitted a ticket but curious if anyone else had this issue.

I already did 2x. PUBLIC TICKET #2333083 – It’s taking way to long to get replies to the issues I have had, and again, your tutorial is challenging at best. If you can expedite this, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, I will need to purchase a different theme and request a refund. This store is scheduled to be live by Monday and these issues are really holding us up from organizing collections and navigation. – thanks
Unhappy with the documentation. None of the sidebar menu links work, requiring me to endlessly scroll while waiting for the menu highlighter to land on the correct page. Frustrating.

Hi, bought the theme in November 2018. Even if I think it has great features, I ended up not publishing it as the back office is awful as it is not supporting sections and therefore the lack of flexibility wouldn’t allow the theme to grow with my business. I saw in a comment 6 months ago that an update with sections should come “soon”. Is it going to happen really soon or 6 months+ soon? Thanks

For the Fashion theme, we’d like to add an ‘Out of Stock’ text for variants that are out of stock. Is this doable? I’d like to know before renewing support.

You can install various themes and your store may contain many themes at a time, but only one can be public. If you want to put a theme in stage, just don’t publish it

Bought this theme but the size is too large to be uploaded to shopify. Shopify only accepts themes which are no more than 20 MB but this was 24.8 MBs

This happens when you are trying to upload the incorrect .zip to Shopify. 99% of the time this happens when the folder that was downloaded from Themeforest was NOT unzipped beforehand.
Within the folder there are 4 items – Readme.txt, Changelog.txt, Documentation folder and Packages folder. The file you have to upload to Shopify is a .zip file in Packages folder (rt-fashion.zip).

I figured it out…thanks. Another question though…My navigation links are underlined and I don’t want the underline..how do I remove them? also, I’d like to center the headings on the landing page..Right now they are to the left…

We did not release updates for this theme because it had fully functions as well as did not have bugs any more.
We will update this theme if it has a lot of bugs and if your customers suggest new features/functions
