The theme displays one thing, and is not available in the same layout once the purchase it made. It is mentioned somewhere in fine print. So technically it's not mis-selling. However, since not everyone reads the fine print, therefore in spirit, it is mis-selling. I DO NOT recommend them at all.
PS: Customer Support spends more time to convince you that you're at fault.

If I were just grading the theme I would give it 4 stars. There have been a few things we had to add that seem obvious that should have been included.
The reason for 5 stars is the support team. I have worked almost exclusively with Thomas who has been wonderful. He responds as quickly as possible and always has a solution for my issue. He is polite and has never made me feel like an idiot... even when he's made a change that I requested and had to change it back because I didn't like it.
I would totally recommend this theme.

I absolutely love the aesthetics of this template, but it is the absolute worst template that I have every used in the history of my store. It has never worked 100%, but usually I can get it to operate at about 85% with only minor bugs that the developers ignore my request on fixing.
There are usually major coding bugs that I uncover about every 3 weeks; I have had this template for a total of 4 months, and have had my website down for a total of 10 days so far, with other days where customers are able to order, but not able to view certain products, or use the customer service contact form...thank god for social media so they can reach out to let me know the website is down otherwise.
When customer service does get back to me, they pick and choose what they answer, and have not once fully resolved an issue I brought to them. They are hard to get a hold of, and do not provide the customer service hours that a small business owners needs to keep running, especially with a theme and product that is as glitchy and faulty as theirs.
I HIGHLY recommend that any small business owner avoids any and all Roartheme templates at all costs. They are aesthetically incredible, but a rabbit hole of problems and lost business. I wish I could get my money back, and provide the no less than 70 documented customers that have reached out to me an apology with a discount to my store to apologize for the horrendous website experience.

I have bought this theme and the Material theme.
The support guy help with any problems you have. So the theme is so easily customisation. Defiantly worth getting. Personally prefer the material theme but both great.
This theme is not 100% customizable. And their support is very bad.
They want money for fixing their theme problem.
We use huge theme per year this my first time for bad experience since 2013.
Excellent Theme and Perfect Support! They respond to my emails really fast and solved all issues so far!

The RT Fashion theme has a lot of dynamic functionality for your Shopify website. Also, the level of customer support is outstanding. They provide the quickest and best support I've experienced and have helped me with some changes to their template. I highly recommend Roartheme products and their customer support.
Excellent theme and even better customer support! Any issue that I have had ( very minimal ) has been resolved in hours if not minutes. Will definitely purchase again from these guys when needed. Thanks for the amazing support. Keep up the great work!

Filters are annoying and not working properly. maximum 3 because rest all are not shown on page, no clear filter, select 1 at a time not more than that on one option.
Homepage customization is very poor and less features.
Best seller don't work at all, even couldn't find it.
feature collection not customizable.
No preset
No color combination
No instagram customization
tweet to get discount don't work at all
recently viewed items don't work at all.
Product pictures show is poor.
Mega Menu is nice and works well
bottom and footers are irritating when u think to customize.
n number of things more
I have no words to describe this awesome theme but especially the author support. It's been great!!!
If You are like me, You have doubts about buying it because the last time it was updated but don't look at that, the theme is working excellent without bugs and the author is always listening the suggestions and replying in a couple of hours.
