Im writing to you this message to explain to you about an issue that I encounter after installing the purchased theme upon importing the demo data.

The Four HomePages Footer is not imported correctly.

Thus the most important problem is that the shop page and data was not imported at all.

It is a little weird that the bundle does not include a child theme which is a standard in creating a WP theme. Can you provide so we don’t have to create on our own. This is also for your clients who does not have that knowledge in WordPress. Thanks,

Hi there, I emailed your support like you said and I’ve been told I cannot be helped without paying for extra support. I have ZERO intentions of doing that because I have lost faith in your team’s ability to permanently fix whatever is causing the theme to break. We’ve been down this road before. I submitted a ticket, the issue was fixed temporarily only for the theme for break few weeks later. The theme has not worked as advertised and I have been refused support and now I would like to get a refund. Please kindly direct me to where I can request my refund. Thank you.

What’s the current version? I get messages that my templates aren’t up to date. I have version 1.8.0. Do I lose my own customized CSS when I update?

The new version of Fashion uses Elementor, if your theme uses the old page builder, you may lose customized CSS when updating the theme. Thanks

Since last elementor update (i think) i can’t access to my footer in order to change our main email. I don’t know if is a theme issue or an elementor issue, but it’s really annoying, we really need to change it. Elementor still loading and nothing happen (screenshot).

I have updated the theme and broke my website. anyways I am setting up a fresh wordpress installation. And While using Header builder after I change the logo with custom logo. The logo never changes and instead shows the default. I have tried everything but it seems not to change. Whats the issue? how do I solve this?

Same thing happens with the footer builder including the content.

Also even after updating Fashion Core. I still get this message.

Hi! I’m having an issue with the last version when I try to update it (manually FTP): Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method TGM_Plugin_Activation::is_tgm_plugin_active() This is happening only in the wp-admin section. Any clue?

Issue when updating fasion core plugin.

​Hi, there an issue when updating fashion core plugin V4.6.0 to V4.8.0.

The update process is going but after the update, it’s still V4.6.0. I don’t know if you forgot to change in the header of the index.php file the version number, but for me it’s still : /** * @package fashion-core * @category Plugins * @author WpOpal * Plugin Name: Fashion Core * Plugin URI: http://www.wpopal.com/ * Version: 4.6.0 * Description: Implement rich functions for themes base on WpOpal. Fashion core plugin ask an update to V4.8 but don’t update to 4.8. The update goes but the version is still 4.6. And probably, it create an issue with elementor Pro(even when all other plugins are deactivated ): PHP Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty on \wp-content\plugins\elementor\includes\base\element-base.php on line 151.

So, this is not on my side.
