Theme is great, but hard to update to more recent versions. My website went down due to a lack of a decent update functionality.

I'm a 66-yr old man learning a new trick. Hopefully, I will open a hot dog stand on Maui in the future. In the meantime, I'm trying to learn how to use this theme.

Where can I get help? How do I change the text (and 2 or 3 links) ((not the main menu)) at the very top of each page and post? I've gotten pretty good, but for the life of me I can't figure this out.

Generally, I'm pretty happy. Just not near enuff documentation and on-line videos. Is there someone I can pay to help me with this minor issue?
