The theme does not work because there is so many errors in the ZIP file that you cannot even extract it without skipping parts of the code

It appears that you are experiencing an issue with the Windows file system. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1) Locate the file on your system. For example, if your file is located at "C:\Downloads\nana\nana\nana...", please move it to the root folder of your C: drive.
2) After moving the file, navigate to "C:".
3) Once you are in the root folder, unzip the file.
This should resolve the problem you are facing with the Windows file system. If you encounter any further issues, please feel free to ask for assistance.

As soon as I saw the theme I fell in love.
It really has everything a store needs!
At first, I thought I would have issues with support.
Until you meet them, the staff is super kind and really solves!
Good theme but non fully compatible with magento 2.4.5 and php 8.1 as they claimed.
Support is slow to respond and evasive also for easy things.

Poor Support. They do not respond always. I lost my support due to their incompetence. The theme is actually good, with some bugs. If you are a developer you can find workarounds. Bad documentation.

Sorry for your experience. But you request us support for a custom module and it is not in support scope. We are very busy and can't help you finish it.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID very slow theme, when they promised a fast one, documentation is really poor, and support is useless, they never respond.
Very good Theme and absolute great customer support. I know not all people work on weekends - like me - so I also accept I not get straight answer on weekend. Very polite company, with a lot good ideas of a Theme!!!!
Have given up with this theme. It is full of bugs, doesn't even install properly. The theme instuctions are patchy at best also. Don't waste your money, I'm going back to using Porto. Not sure how it is rated so highly, it's very poor.

Sorry we did not receive any support ticket with your name. All problem often cause by third party extension conflict. Please submit a ticket with site information then we can help.
Poor support. Despite several tickets created they did not help and eventually Free 6 months support expired. Not worth renewing as they do not reply to tickets. We reported several issues specially their AMP Documentation is poorly written and our developer has no clue how to set it up according to Google requirements. Google Search Console shows several AMP errors. Check out page does not have default Shipping and Payment methods which is confusing for customere as they have to manually select it and some customers forget and get errors. Theme gives poor scrore in Google's page Insight and not fast for mobiles devices. As per new Google updates if theme is not optimised for mobliles then its v hard to rank in search engines. We hope theme developers will take these feedback into consideration and fix all issues mentioned.
Overall it's a good theme, worth for money.
This theme has a lot of problem. And they are not supporting it.
Ticket has been released since three weeks, so far no reply has come. All of you should not purchase this theme, it is a very useless theme.
The theme is awesome, they have plenty of options and is easy to manage.
When I fist saw this theme I was worried about the customer experience because I only read negative reviews about their response time, and I can say the oposite. It is being really nice, they are always answering within the time proposed. So based on that I would recommend for everybody and would buy it again. Thank you.
We've asked for help on many occasions and nothing and I have 1 month of support left. Disappointing.
