The support is super unhelpful. The documentations is almost inexistent and the theme has an old feeling.

Excellent Customer Support. Although, most aspects are covered in Documentation, but when support is needed, the team provides Proper steps with details.However, I do have a suggestion that you should decrease your reply time, its always more than 2 working days. Maybe you can provide additional paid Service for dedicated support with 2-3 hours response time.

The theme is fine, but the customer service is slow and sometimes rude. I wish they can improve their customer service.
Very Fast Theme and Attractive layouts
The Theme is Good, And a starter-level developer can work on this theme, Although I am a Linux developer, not Magento developer, I purchased this theme and finally I am about to end the site, the support time is too long from support team but 'yes' they help, they do not leave the customer.
I can recommend this theme for any level developer...

They have the worst costumer support i have ever seen.
I have a bug issue in the mobile menu they dont even answer my tickets.
I do not recommend do not purchase from them they will not help you if you have an issue.
I spent my 100$ as a lesson for others
