Hi, I updated the theme and plugins to the latest version and some elements disappeared, what is the latest compatible version of Elementor? Are you going to keep updating this theme?

Hi, wordpress shows me the following messages:

1- Extras for Elementor: Invalid License Your license key doesn’t match the current domain.. Please check the license key you received after purchase and re-activate it on this domain..

2- Your theme (Fatcy Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. You may need to update these files to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.

1-When you purchase a theme from ThemeForest that bundles Revolution Slider plugins or other premium plugins, you are free to use these Premium plugins with the theme. However, your Fatcy purchase does not give you individual Revolution Slider licenses that allow you to activate or download these plugins as you wish. Activation doesn’t mean the plugin will not work but only that you cannot receive direct updates. Please don’t worry if you see warning messages about the plugin license activation.

I’m not talking about Revolution Slider, who shows the message is Elementor.

I also have a problem, that every time I try to modify demo header 1, Elementor asks me to activate the safe mode and when I modify the image of the logo and save the search from the header disappears. I can’t move forward with the site if things as simple as changing a image logo create problems in the header structure

I even downgraded wordpress to 5.4.2 and woocommerce to 4.3.3 to make it as compatible as possible with the theme and it still has errors

Can you tell me where is bad words? I’m totally frustrated with your customer support as well as theme. This is worst theme I have ever bought.

I’ve been trying to get in touch via Facebook messenger for pre-sales questions, no one got back to me. I ended up buying the theme, but I still have my questions, already raised 2 tickets, no one responded to me. This was all don over the last 2 weeks … surely that must be time enough to reply?
