This has a really old dependency on node-sass 4.x (current: 7.x) which to be able to build on my local requires python2. At the time of writing it is 2022... I should NEVER see a requirement for python2.

Yes I did try to update in the package.json, and get a build error requiring 4.x. The more time I have spend debugging, the more expensive this template becomes.
