Is anyone having any luck with getting support from Drupalet? I’ve sent multiple requests over the past few weeks and I’m not getting any response back. Paid extra for a year’s worth of support, but they don’t seem interested in making good on their products.

I would like to use this theme for a site that has a great deal of content already. How would you suggest I proceed (after purchasing the theme, of course)?

Is this theme drupal 8 support?

Dear Fekra Team, The Fekra theme that we have bought works well, we could successfully transformed to our needs. Although we have some issues with the Commerce module. We can not use it the way as the directions says, therefore we are not able to solve the following problem: the products can not have different prices depending on their sizes and colours. Moreover we can not make our further products visible at the webshop which are not labelled as “Products”. We would like to kindly ask you to help us if it is possible. Thank you very much in advance!

I’m trying to set a site using the default one-page layout. I can’t get it to stay, or accept any changes in the context for home_one_page.

When I purchased this, I assumed that selecting a specific layout would be relatively simple to figure out, or would be explained in documentation.

Please explain how to set up a one-page site using your templates.

Drupal-8 Version support ?

If I try to save the view in a Block, I have the error “An AJAX HTTP error occurred. HTTP Result Code: 200”. Ajax ist for this block disable. Any solution ?

Loving the template, however, I’m having some issues where changes aren’t being saved. Specifically when I go to “Blocks” and “Menus”, in which when I try to re-order or disable menu links or place blocks into specific regions and click save my changes are not saved. I have to edit that specific link or block and then choose to disable or select the region or weight on an case by case basis. Which of course with a lot of links and blocks can become quite tedious.

Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you.

Any reason you didn’t include features (drupal.org/project/features) to keep users form having to perform the install instructions by hand?

SamuelGB in my case I was able to make it work by updating the PHP version to 5.6. I hope this works for you too!

This looks like a very nice theme! But have a few questions …

Can you let me know how you can build the different layout’s in this theme? Like the “about us” page has different sections with different elements on it. Can you configure (by clicking) the whole page layout (every section) or do you have to alter the source code?

When I want to put an element on the page, do I need to write the HTML in the wysiwyg with the different classes to render it correct or does the theme provide configuration through the UI?
