Seems the developer is a bit far from Drupal development conventions, the code and structure doesn't make use of Drupal as CMS.
Not recommended for a developer.

There are a number of reasons I rated this theme a 1 star, but the most important reason is that it's incredibly buggy. I've had to abandon using it because each step has caused me to spend hours or days debugging.

Rogue Google Map Api call, other JS errors, CSS errors, Failed resources... you name it. Don't believe me? Check the demo and inspect the code yourself. It's riddled with issues.

Support is lacking as well and takes a considerable amount of time to even get a response (even when I paid for extra).

Save yourself some frustration and move along.

good design concept

Fiddly, buggy, support requests ignored.

The theme shows error 500 after installation.
Support could not find the problem rootcause and cant provide any solution.
The theme is not usable, waste of money.
