The template is clearly not worth the money. At first I couldn’t understand why I had the free version. I bought a template for $ 75, and my admin panel says that I have a free version. There is no information about this on their official website either. I somehow managed to activate the license after 1.5 hours.
In terms of functionality, there is nothing here at all, except for the design. Just an empty template with very few customization options. It costs – 20 dollars, no more.
I requested a refund, but there has been no news for 4 days. Although with this money, I could buy another template and configure it during this time. A complete disappointment, in General.

Hello. I am looking for online Digital Magazine WP theme that allows to publish magazines. Users can access the magazines/editions and navigate to each page in small or full screen view. Each magazine is published with all pages including cover, pages will feature text (some with clickable links), graphics, photos, videos, etc. Is this possible with this theme?

On your website I see a ‘Woocommerce add-on’ for an extra 15,-. What’s the difference with the theme on Themeforest? Is Woocommerce supported in the theme via Themeforest?

Hello, Same problem as another client here : I have just purchased your theme through Themeforest and it seems it is not the Pro version. There is a reference in the customizer to “View Felt Pro”. And I am not very happy as I have paid for the 6 month additional support whereas it is already included in your direct $75 Pixelgrade offer on your site. Can you cancel and refund my Envato purchase? I will be happy to pay for the Felt theme directly on your Pixelgrade site (and even ask for an installation service) as it seems really easier there. Just purchased your theme through Themeforest. Is this not the Pro version? There is a reference in the customizer to “View Felt Pro”. Is the $75 version available through Themeforest the Pro version?
Hello! It is the Pro version — you just need to connect your account to Pixelgrade.com by using “Continue with Envato” option. If it’s still not working, we will figure it out through the already opened tickets.
Just tried that and it doesn’t work. And even when I log into the Pixelgrade account with Envato account, the theme does not show there either.
Still not connecting! I paid for a theme but am not able to use it because it will not connect to pixelgrade account. I have tried several times to switch the account as instructed, but it will not connect,
