Themeforest/Envato claims author’s response time is typically 1 business day. My first message for support was sent 6 business days ago, and my second request for support was sent 3 business days ago. This is now my 3rd request.

1) I would like to embed an MP4 video into the “portfolio-single.html” page by swapping out the 1170pxx593px image. Please provide html code, and an other codes to ensure the video will be responsive to fit on all devices.

2) The Contact Page has html code that is calling for a ”...assets/contact/contact_process.php” file. The contact folder and contact_process.php file was not in the downloaded files. Please provide information or support so that my contact form can be enabled to send a message to my personal email.

I have an issue with the 3-column portfolio page. The items rearrange themselves when resizing (maybe because of different heights of elements?). Causes issues when opening the page and the width of the browser window is a certain value. Not happening on the 2 column version. Need help pls! Thank you!

I think I had to modify some elements in the file contact_process.php because in contact.html I see this element but when I download the template this file doesn’t exist.
