As custom CSS.
Somewhat harder is to override the header.php template in your child theme and on line 69 instead of

use

We just took over a site built with this theme and it creates a fatal error as soon as we update WordPress to v6.2+. After some troubleshooting on different servers, different PHP versions and deactivating all plugins, we pinpointed the problem to the theme file ”/framework/filters.php” on lines 117 and 130, where the boldthemes video and audio shortcode library scripts are enqueued. Not sure why, but it seems to create an infinite loop that uses up all memory, regardless of how much is allocated (tried up to 2GB). For now we have fixed this manually and will disable theme updates, but I wanted to comment here in case others have similar issues and as you may wish to fix this.

Please note that, judging by the description of your issue, you are most likely running an old version of the theme.
Please update the theme to the latest version – 1.3.4 -https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/finance-changelog.txt – the issue you are experiencing is resolved with the 1.3.3 version of the theme.
Please make sure to update the Finance plugin and Bold Builder plugin as well once you update the theme.

Bold builder plugin update broke site formatting. This occurred over night as I had the auto update run. I am now unable to reinstall the theme plugin after deleting the updated one as it results in an error. I’m past the support period but I think this absolutely warrants a discussion – if I can’t fix this we will have to replace the theme all together.
Hi, we could not reproduce the issue, it might be related to something else. You can try to reinstall theme and required plugins and deactivate all unnecessary plugins. If the issue persists, send us your WP admin credentials to info@bold-themes.com so that we can take a closer look at this.

Please tell us which version of the theme, finance plugin and Bold Builder are you currently using? We were unable to recreate the issue with the latest versions – the image element correctly displays the alt attribute within the image page element.

You are using the version more than three years old. Please update the theme – https://documentation.bold-themes.com/finance/theme-customization/#theme-update (section 11, update theme).
Alternatively, you can use the Envato Market plugin https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ – it allows you to update the theme right from the wp-admin dashboard.
Make sure that you are running both the theme and the Finance plugin versioned 1.2.9

Dear BoldThemes-team,
I have a pre-buy question regarding your theme. On this landing page for example, when I’m looking at this page in desktop-mode it looks good. The picture of the guy is full-width visible. When I look at this landing page on mobile, his face is cut. Isn’t your theme fully responsive? Why is it not showing the full picture, just smaller? I don’t want my pictures to be cut or that I have to think about “how it maybe looks on mobile”.

The thing is, there is no universal solution to the full screen / section background images on screens with different aspect ratios (desktop and mobile).
One single image will not cover all cases, and it does not have anything to do with the responsiveness.
There is always going to be the need to separately define the mobile image and desktop image depending on what do you want to emphasise and draw user attention to on the images.
Anyhow, we haven’t set a different image for our hero section on mobile resolutions for practical reasons, but the theme supports different images for different resolutions (even different section layouts) so you can fine tune the images on mobile devices if needed.

Is it possible to try modify this theme on Word press Desktop (Server Press) and then later work with theme online? However I do not want to export it from Word press desktop server to live website, so I would like to install it twice – first on my computer and desktop server, second on my website. I have read that a purchase code is required to be able to import the demo layout to your website. It seems like it may be an issue to use it on desktop server. Is every element of this demo fully customizable or can be delated and replaced for example by different one without coding knowledge? I would like to tweak some elements. Do this theme have easy drag and drop feature to easy place desirable elements? My last question is about those pictures. Do I need buy a licence to cover this picture for my use? Can I replace some of pictures and use my pictures?
