When I activate the Redux Plugin the whole wordpress site goes down.

is there a work around for this. I really need to change the logo at the top that says Insight Financial Advisor

For some reason the Redux plugin does not work with the theme. If I activate the plugin everything messes up and the site wont load.

​Hi Team, I have a weird issue on Financial Advisor – Business WordPress Theme – Insight.

When viewing the website on a mobile device the hamburger or three-dot menu will not expand. The hamburger icon is being displayed but nothing happens when I click on it.

This issue only occurs in the mobile view and only the first time the page is loaded. Once the page is reloaded (for example by clicking on the home button) the menu is expanding normally.

I have tried this on several devices (iPhone, iPad, small browser window, android phone) and it persists across the board.

Any hints are appreciated! Thanks

Is there a manual of this Theme?

Hi, I bought the Insight template from you last February, now I updated Wordpress to V5.6 and the mobile Menu isn’t working anymore.

The Problem seems to be the jQuery update which comes with WP V5.6. You used Bootstrap in Version 3 for the navigation menu. I think this version of bootstrap isn’t working with the updated jQuery Version in WP V5.6.

When du you update the template?

I am having recent problems with the mobile version of the app. The menu in the upper right corner no longer works at all. Also the additional text in the Revolution slider is not displaying. You can compare against the non-mobile version which is working fine.

Second question. I have used the Services feature differently than it normally is used, but when accessing the pages under the categories, it shows a bread crumb path that included the original Services landing page. Is there a way to remove that from displaying the bread crumb trail entirely? I want to force navigation through the menus on top.

Hello! I am really enjoying the “Insights” theme I purchased, but I have a few questions:

1. How do I remove the breadcrumbs “tabs” from my pages. I can provide a screenshot of what I am talking about if necessary, but on each of my pages there are “tabs” that appear just below the header banner.

2. How do I change the color of the font on specific pages. For example how do I change the font color on my “Insights & News” page (I’m using the basic blog template)?

3. On my “FAQs” and my “Contact” page there is white space above and below my middle section that is a dark blue and grey. I can’t figure out where that white background is coming from, but I would like to make it go away if possible.

4. On my “Contact” form, how do I change the font color for the text of the form?

Hi there, I’m trying to simply add a button under each staff member on the our team page that links to their bio. In other words, each staff member will have a button that will go directly to their profile page, instead of just relying on clicking on their photo (https://imgur.com/a/p0HJZ3o).

I can’t seem to find where to place that code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
