TL; DR version - Definitely not worth the price tag.
The overall design is well done.
When it comes to code, there are several logic flaws. For starters the "theme color" option does not override anything. I still have not found what it does. I ended up recompiling the SCSS stylesheets with my color settings (and even that was not sufficient, since in one place the rgba color setting was used with hard coded values, instead of color variable).
The header, about team and several other block do not work with reduced amount of fields - if you do not provide a title, the horizontal decorative line does not go away, thus requiring you to go through the block settings and setting up the conditional if-else checks to hide the stripe if value is empty.
To override block settings, first though (despite the child theme), you have to go through main themes functions.php file and adjust file inclusion paths to respect and check for the child block template settings first.
Search button in header has no functionality.
Footer widgets are plain html with no logic behind them.
Instead of FontAwesome or any other alternative for the images in the first 3 squares, the colored images are used.
Newsletter field in the footer is not connected to mailchimp as one might expect from it. It is plain html input field with no possibility to plug in anything.
If you are not tech person and familiar with PHP and wordpress framework, look else where.
