for Customer Support

Themes are fab...easy to use. Features and customizability are the best I have come across. So easy to use even for none developer.

Most importantly the customer support is awesome. Much appreciated for all you help and fast responses!

Keep up the good work!

for Bugs

This theme is really difficult to work with. For starters, the page builder is a mess. The windows close automatically and the scroll function doesn't work, so you have to zoom out on the browser window to 30% to make changes.

Plus, there are too many options for the same thing, all in different places, and they conflict with each other.

Finally, I couldn't get the blog to work properly. I eventually had to pay for extra support (which I have never had to do in over 12 years of building sites ion Wordpress). Turns out, they built the theme so you had to leave the blog reading setting blank, instead of specifying the page you wanted the blog roll to appear on. Then, you have to put a blog module on the page you want the blog to appear on.

So . . .I spent almost $50 to get support to have to learn about this, and then another two hours of my time trying to decipher the response to the support ticket because the English was so poor.

NOT happy

for Bugs

Support was very responsive in fixing my menu misbehavior. But there's a bug where if you, for example, change a margin in a wrapper, half of your saved content (and published page) on the page is removed. I learned the hard way to save all my content sections in custom template but have lost hours of time rebuilding things that had no business disappearing.
