I could not bring the Home demo 3, I have created a 2 ticket with support its been 2 weeks and nothing. I want refund on this theme

If I explain this theme in a single word, that would be "Trash". It is worst than a free creepy template, No any option for customization, you can't customize any of the pre build sections, you can't even change color, font or anything, every single thing even minor color, font change, you have to do by css and not css only, with !important because they have extremely bad and messed code. Please don't waste money on this trash, just go and use any free template and make any design and customize anything, you will find more features.
I Literally get exhausted by this theme. this is the most Worst theme I've ever used in my 7 years of career. I abused myself loudly to choose this Dumb theme without proper research.
I think the theme developer was testing something and came up with this Sh****. I suggest you to please don't rob our money, make it free, maybe someone will use this, because after paying and only getting a pre build non customizable design is not what a theme actually do.
I can't change my mind and remove/change my review until I see real theme thing in it. do let me know when you actually make it more than a static design.

If you feel discomfortable you can take refund. This way user used this theme over 500+ customer. It is block based theme.
They have given me a solution to everything I asked them.

Não recomendo produto deu muitos problemas na instalação e tive que falar com o suporte diversas vezes
Still no active Purchse code so can not log bugs into the ticket system even though I purchased extend support 4 days ago.
So I restored the theme and plugin from a backup to version 1.7 and the license issue is now gone. None of the Fionca widgets show up in the production version in Elementor.

Very very very beautiful theme with great support
absolutely the worse customer support! 24 hours to respond and they only ask you to explain more... Guessing they dont understand english! Keep in mind i have bought more than 40 items on envato and im pretty versed in fixing issues myself.
I love Fionca Template. The design is clean, customizable. The customer support is by far the best. They respond quickly with no back and forth emails.
