Hi,
I needed to do a mature update because of the PHP change to version 7.2 on my hosting server. My actual wordpress version is 5.0.3 and my woocommerce version is 3.5.4. I am having some compatibility issues with the theme like: - “add to card” is not displayed - Footer information is not displayed correctly
I would very much appreciate if you could provide a theme update or help me with my issues!

Hi there – I have just updated my site with the newest version of Fiora (issued June 10), and oddly enough, the “Theme Options” panel is no where to be found in my newest installation and my footer is malfuctioning post update – so I need to access the footer setting panel in Theme Options as directed in the documentation. I would really rather not pay for 6 months of support for something that seems to be an issue with the update and not my wordpress skills. Can anyone offer me some quick advice?

Hello, I just installed your update 1.8.1. It still is not compatible with WooCommerce 3.0. The “add to cart” button is missing on products with variations. I checked your theme demo, and it has the same problem:

Any ideas how to fix?

Hello again, sorry to keep bugging you about this, but the latest release (1.8.2) still does not resolve this issue.
The changelog says:
2017.06.08 – version 1.8.2 1) Woocommerce add to cart issues are fixed.
However after installing this update, the add to cart button still does not show up on my site for products with variations. It’s still not showing up on your demo either.
One of our major products is a variation but is unsellable with this theme… can you please fix it soon?

Hello. I need to report a conflict between Fiora 1.8 and WooCommerce 3.0.4. The “Add to Cart” button is missing on variable products. I switched to the TwentySeventeen theme and the cart button appeared. Switched back to Fiora and the button disappeared. Can you release an update to fix this? Thanks.

Hi. I have another question regarding Woocommerce. I want to use the product gallery for a single product. But when I open the product page in the frontend, there is no product gallery (the single product picture works fine). In the backend I can set pictures to the product gallery but they dont show up in the frontend. thanks and regards, Timo

There appears to be a conflict between the Fiora theme and WooCommerce 2.6. The shop archive does not displaying properly: it displays the first product on it’s own row, then all other products in a grid under it. I have Fiora v 1.8 installed. I disabled all plugins except WC and Fiora Theme Support and it still does this. I activated the TwentySixteen theme and it does not do it – the archive displays properly. I did not have this problem with WooCommerce 2.5.
Do you plan to release an update to fix this issue?

Service Icon is not lining up. I can only put only 4 icons. 5th icon will be out of line, and 6th icon does not show up.

I added custom css so menu now has more space between words and menu is more in the middle but i think i did it wrong because now when im changing browser resolution menu doesn’t look good

You can do contact form settings by editing contact page and Contact Form shortcode. You can setup email in Theme Options. You can translate strings from ‘en_US.po’ file after installing po editor.

I’ve translated the .po file in themes/fiora/languages. In translation there is only word Telephone and even this word is still in english on page. There are missing: Your Name, Website, Your Email, Purpose of Visit, Write your feedback here…, Send Message, ADDRESS.
Ok i used different contact form but still words in footer like ADDRESS and TELEPHONE can’t be translated..

How do I get rid of the header grey box and text from showing up on each page? Also, how do I hide the page title on the page? I do not want it to say the name of the page at the top.
Fixed….. Forgot to check the do not show breadcrumbs box when creating the pages.
I do have another minor issue. There is so much padding around the logo and menu in the header of the pages. how to i get rid of some of it of all of it?

For both issues, you can edit in portfolio’s shortcode files located at “theme root directory\includes\modules\shortcodes\” of your own choice. If you want this from us, it can be done through customization.
