This template looks very promising but I’m afraid to buy it with the fear it wont be a good fit. Are there any demo possibilities with this theme that perhaps expires after a week or something like that?

The update to 2.0.5 breaks the color settings. In fonts & colors everything is setted up correctly (the change to “light” or “dark” is displayed correctly on the web page) but in “original” the header, text etc. is in color #e78600 which seems to be a default color. This also seems happend on other sites (ex. https://prescribedfire.org).

I think I resolved the issue. I’ve resetted the color settings for “Original” and changed the value after the reset back to the favored red. Now it works.

ThemeREX plugin causes edit pages to go blank and not able to edit when activated. Once I deactivate plugin I can edit pages again.
I found that “ThemeREX Utilities” plugin is not compatible with newere versions of WPBakery page builder plugin. When I deactivate one of these plugins I am able to edit the pages again. As soon as activate both plugins together editing the pages goes to a blank white page. Can you fix your plugin please to work with newer versions of WPBakery page builder and advise. Thanks!

Yes, I understand that, and I’m sorry, but i cant seem to find a setting to change the main menu links colors and submenu background colors, anything I try, it’s not working, i even took a screenshot, and put it in Photoshop, but i can’t find those colors anywhere on this color settings page, i hope you can help me with that.

on my WP 5.6 installation with Fire_Department Theme i have the Problem that i cant edit the Icons of the Services.
In Documentation i find this:
You can change the icon for each Service post in admin -> Services, open single Post Options and switch to Blog and Single -> Single page.
if i click on on Admin, Services and open a single Post there are no Post Options.
i have only :
Services Group,Featured image, EssentialGrid, Excerpt, CustomFields, Discussion, Comments, Slug, & Author

Thank you in advance.I am using your theme (v2.0.2) and I want to change my static homepage however the option appears to be missing due to the custom customizer the theme uses. I have deleted my old home page and now it just goes to a posts page. How to I set a new home page? WordPress is 5.4
Never mind, it appears that the Jetpack plugin affected it and after reinstalling I was able to set the homepage in the Reading settings again.

You may adjust socials in Appearance > Theme Options > Socials tab
And enable them to display in Theme options> Header> User’s menu area components> Show user area – YES> Show Social Icons – YES
Fontello source files are located in fire-department/css/fontello folder. You can see the list of all icons opening fire-department/css/fontello/demo.html file in the browser.

1) Yes, you can increase logo’s size. Black top part size may be the same if logo is increased little bit. It depends on the height value you would like to apply. Our support team may assist you with that.
2) You may specify any title for your pages. They will be displayed properly if font used for title supports this language. It should be also noted that theme has a left-to-right text direction by default.

All clipart images included in this theme are the copyrighted to their respective owners and are not available for download with this theme (that’s why they are watermarked after successful import).
Clipart images can not be used without express permission from the owner and/or need to be purchased separately (this information is also specified in theme description and documentation).
If there is a need we can provide you with ID’s for images taken from Depositphotos.

on small screen sizes (mobiles, some tablets, etc) there is no enough space for sidebar to display on the right side and it is displaying below page/post content.

I noticed there was a theme update so I installed; had trouble with the WPBakery plugin and had to purchase a license to update it to 6.1. Now, everything looks OK except for all the right-side sidebars—they drop below the page content instead of floating to the right (see example at https://prescribedfire.org/about-us/mission/). Did something go wrong with the update process?

Got the newest version of the theme and you’re still including an outdated version of WP Bakery? I’m showing version 5.4.5 and the latest is 5.6?
Also the update process is a pain. Now I know what Alphadotx was referring to in the other comments. Why do we have to manually update this theme when others are done easily in WordPress theme updater?

Once new update files are uploaded, please Navigate to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins. Update WPBakery page builder plugin. Deactivate and delete this plugin. Then follow the prompt to install it again. This will load a new plugin version on the site.
