Can I pay extra to have you customize the theme?
Hi there, I’ve sent you several messages without any response. My Visual Composer isn’t working anymore. I can’t edit the website and this causes serious problems. Please help me to solve this problem asap. It’s causing serious problems for my business right now.

Still no reply..disappointing…started my correspondence in Sept 8, 2018, no reply despite numerous emails and forum dialogue. I will be asking for full refund of my support fee.

I have some issues with the theme.
They are:
1) The shop page displays in the title is with the name of the last product registered in the sistem, and it isn’t with the name “LOJA”. I need to put the name “Loja” there.
2) When I choose some category to filter, the images of the products are small (I do not know why).
3) The store is all in English, I have tried several tutorials and tried in many ways but it does not change the language. Do you know how I can do this? I need to put everything in portuguese.

When trying to go through the setup, there is an ajax error when installing the pages. Is there a way I can resolve this?

Right after I did an update, with your new theme, my website reset some functions including replacing your logo with my mine, changing the style (even tough I am on the child theme) and removing the theme options function. How do I get the theme options back into my site?

Your reply finally comes 3 weeks later after I complained and asked for a refund from Envato…you call this support service, for which I paid? Hi. I interested! If I purchase,
1- I want to show multi sports. For example: Football, Basketball and swimming. Can I create a special page for each league of these?
2- If the answer of first question is “Yes”, can I choose each player for the one league and one team of that league? For example: I add Messi as player and then choose “Football” for sport and the choose “Spain” league and final choose “Barcelona” team.
you can use sports, instead of class. and use players, instead of trainers. otherwise, there is no other option to add the sports section.
