The maximum price is 20USD! You pay 60USD and you have to use a third party plugin because the basic plugins are useless and you have to re-create the full themes because the demo templates do not include ... Highly not recommended! I'm strongly thinking about the refund!!!!

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are already providing free demo content setup in our theme. So just install demo data as described in our doc http://fixtech.themetechmount.com/documentation/democontent.html and it will make your site look same as our demo site. Than you can modify pages as your requirement.
You do not need to create any page in your site all pages come with demo data which you see in our theme demo site.
If you get any problem in your site to set demo content than please contact us via our official support system at http://support.themetechmount.com/ so our team will help you on this.
Customer support was quick to try and resolve the problem (bug in the theme). After an initial refusal the problem was corrected.
