I had some issues with the theme, which the solution were not described neither in the documentation or in the support forum. This were very simple malfunctions of the theme. I wrote to the support, which answered me that "all the issues are sorted" instead it was only 1/5. I wrote other 3 emails during this 5 weeks and never got a reply. I am very disappointed with the support. My boyfriend ended fixing it for me.

I've been waiting over a month for some sort of actioned reply to what should be a fairly simply support question. Only answers I've had back are telling me it will be looked into. Need an answer asap and I'll happily update my review as the theme is lovely despite the support behind it.

Great software and design. However in my case a verry lazy support guy. Still 5 stars for the Theme!
This theme is great to use even if you're not a pro. Almost everything is intuitive and easy to customize. It's fun to work with such a professional template - i'm happy with the result on my website!

If you’re looking for the perfect portfolio theme, you’ve found it. Fizz has everything a good portfolio theme needs without falling into the “jack of all trades, master of none” trap. Customization is extremely flexible and easy to use and the theme is great for any discipline. While I’m a graphic designer, I recommended the theme to a photographer friend, and the theme addresses our individual needs flawlessly.
The support team is excellent. Responses are extremely helpful, quick, and friendly. It feels like they genuinely want to help.
If you’re in need of a portfolio, I can’t recommend this theme enough.

The Fizz design looks amazing, clean and slick! The additional visual composer feature is a lifesaver which makes the site a whole lot easier to customise.
