first of all, thank you for dedicate time to write a review & rate Flamingo.
I´m not sure about what kind of bugs you refer to, just notice that does not exist any perfect piece of software, with the time many things can change, how the browsers handle different aspects, mobile devices, new Wordpress versions… and we adapt to those changes trying to fit and support everything, at least as much as possible. You just need to check how Spotify, VSCO, Instagram or any other popular apps are constantly fixing bugs within each update, this is part of software development.
Said this, the theme works correctly and exactly as you can see in the demo, maybe if you share with us which are those details that could not be working normally we could help, but honestly, having all these into account and that you are using the theme for a while now, with all my respect, I think that it is not enough reason to rate the theme with this 2 stars. The theme works correctly, offers many options to help to customize your site and fits the demo and theme page description & documentation, you have been well attended in the support area when you have need it as well. Even with this, I totally respect your rating.

Not only this is a well designed and easily customizable theme but it also comes with an excellent and dedicated customer support.
