Too many bugs and the communication with the sellers was very week.

Customer support is terrible. Of all themes purchased on Envato, this is the worst, Ticket are hardly or never attended to. I wish this theme can be remove from market place to avoid others from wasting their money. Of what essence will it be to purchase a theme and you can get any support?

Was force to purchase another theme because the purpose of buying the theme could not be satisfied. I wasn't asking for anything outside what support could have covered, little error like error 500 or broken links after theme activation could not be attended to. My only regret was not to have read the theme review before purchase. Not one support or issue was closed within the six months of support.

Themeforest should have a way of reviewing vendors that are not supporting their theme rather than just allowing theme owner to be ripping money from customers.

I want a refund if there isn't any support or updates to this theme. I buy from theme forest because I assume developers can keep up with this but the money spent on fixing this is useless.

Great idea but application is full of bugs. 1000 people paid 50 bucks at least he can roll back some functions so it can work properly, but seems to be having trouble with PHP and wordpress upgrades.

Good customizing feature for specific purpose. Like excellent theme for classified ads.

Author does not respond, applying useless functionallities to the theme after bough(instead of maing his own plugins) , theme broken, waste of money and time.

Flee this theme it is a horror, it is not stable, it is full of bug. And in addition the authors do not answer !!!

There has pretty much only been issues with this product.
For the last three months I've been in 'contact' with support regarding issues with SSL to no availability. From other threads I can see that the issues are well documented and proved by the community, but the authors show no interest in solving them; and blankly ignore them. They really do not reply or take support serious. The support forum is pretty much only people wanting refunds.

While this was once a quality product that I would recommend, it is obvious that they have lost touch with Flatads. Honesty goes a long way, and declaring this project obsolete/dead would be regrettable but understandable. But this is not the official statement from the authors. Instead they keep selling a product they apparently do not support anymore.

Many bugs and customer serivce the worst ever. Don't waste your money, please.

1 start is 1 too many for this product

It's an old theme now (old design quality, no support etc...), I made a mistake when buying it. The customer support is not present and the theme is not customisable.

I asked for a full refund as there where bugs on the map and on other things and I didn't got very late replies to my questions and the developpers refused to grant me the refund.
I bought another one instead.

I don't recommend it at all! Too expensive compared to other themes that are much better.

Map Broken on theme. ThemeDojo won't send me a confirmation email to retrieve my password and access support. Please fix asap and I will adjust my rating =)

I bought this theme and I'm very disappointed about it. This Theme contains serious bugs. Even some of the basic functionality was not working. Ex:
1. No error messages appear on the screen. Instead, all the form elements' values will disappear
2. When a user contact the ad owner, the email was going to the admin instead of the ad owner. I think it was solved in the recent fix but it took several months (i think more than a year) to solve this one. This is a basic basic functionality needed and not sure how come they release this kind of product by having a serious communication related bug.
3. I'm still unable to launch my website and its been 2 years I bought this theme. Issues after issues and I give up now.

Full of bugs, bugs and bugs with inefficient support team. Totally disappointed.
