we have just purchased Flatro and want to upload images and add in script and links to create a e mail template and there does not seem to be anyway to upload and no step by step instructions on how to do it. Having built simple websites using Word press, I thought this would be even easier but cannot see how to even begin. Unless there is some step by step guide that is intuitive in some way, we will require an immediate refund. Please advise ASAP – paul@carlton-group.com

is this responsive without javascript (i.e., in an email newsletter)? I’m looking for a responsive email template so it needs to work without javascript.

When I disable Javascript in my browser, the demo/preview does not work.

Thanks for consideration.

Responsiveness works without JS. You could test in Firefox.

Firefox > Open above URL > Ctrl+M > move the (grip like this -||) handle horizontally.

can someone please share with me how to import these templates into mailchimp thanks

Thanks for purchasing Flatro.

Login MailChimp.com

In your dashboard see the top navigation “Templates”.

Templates > create Template (Right Button) > import HTML or Import ZIP

You cannot edit template in MailChimp. You have to do it manually in Notepad or Dreamweaver.

For the text areas – are these images or text fields?

There is no Textarea or Text field in email newsletter. If you are asking about TEXTS, except header all are editable texts.

Really disappointed that the font that is embedded is not recognized by email clients like Outlook. Did you even test it in an email? Would not have purchased if I knew the extent I will have to edit these templates.

Here’s how it looks in Outlook:

Sorry for the error.

Here is the test result. Even you can see the date tested in Litmus.

If any error occurred, please come through the support.

Just wanted to know how can one go abouts editing these HTML templates? I am considering to buy these, but I don’t know how I could/would edit them. Which software would you use? Wanting to customize them into my own newsletters.

Thanks for consideration. You could use Dreamweaver for easy editing. If you know HTML, then notepad is enough.

If you need more details please mail to support@guiwidgets.com

Hi, you are embedding a non-websafe font via Google fonts in your template, which is not compatible with most email clients and can likely lead to high SPAM rating. This gives a rather false impression here regarding the aesthetics of your design.

Thanks for the information. I am checking all email templates through Litmus for display and spam test and it never failed as spam.

Disappointed: will not import to campaign monitor. MISSING THE FOLLOWING TAGS: <singleline />, <multiline /> , and <unsubscribe>

Sorry, I did not mention anywhere that these templates are “MailChimp Ready” or “Campaign Monitor Ready”. The reason I did not include logos of those brands. I tested sending all mails through Mail Chimp and Campaign Monitor, that I mentioned in description.

It’s a nice design. If you made this template Campaign Monitor & Mail Chimp ready I’m sure you would sell plenty, I would even re-purchase.

Thanks for the suggestion. This is my first newsletter design, but I will do CM & MC ready for next project.
