One of the best theme I have ever tried. A lot of option and fully customizable. Doc is clear and covers a lot of aspect including some advanced tweak. i am very happy with it.

the best woocommerce I've ever used

The theme is not being updated on time with the latest woocommerce templates. In my previous review the author tried to tell me how they are keeping up with updates - this is not the case. The latest woocommerce version came out about a month ago and ever since I had the message that flatsome/woocommerce/checkout/form-coupon.php version 3.4.0 is outdated. Current version is 3.4.4. The last time Flatsome was updated is 16.07.2018, today is 10.08.2018. The template was changed 3 weeks ago. If this is fast response time for a theme with 74k sales I don't know what slow response time would be.

Your support it's the worst ever I had met, with my limited experience in WordPress and WooCommerce, and I really don't know how you guys gets so many good reviews.

When a customer sent you a message with any problem at all, I believe that the best is to give a straight answer about his/hers problem and not with stupid excuses to avoid any potential accusations or I don't know why.

They (support team) never get involve with your problem they never reply for 2nd time and you should find your own solution via Google search, friends with maybe same problems, youtube etc.

Waste of time and money (yearly premium support) for my opinion.

Very easy to use!

This is like a breath of fresh air after putting up with Divi for a year or so. I wish I'd chosen Flatsome back in the day. It's stylish, simple, easy to look unique, fast and stable. Great work.

I bought this theme. Great theme and lot of customization features. However, the support system is a disaster. There is no forum to get support, only emails, so you can't see if what you are asking has been asked by somebody else before and save time. That would be great for the support team also to have this in place so they could have tremendous amount of time.

We can't contact the support directly by email, we have to use the contact form on the theme page on theme forest... the main problem is that if you send more than one email with a different issue, all the emails get mixed up all together since the subject title is the same and it gets very confusing to read them.

The Facebook page is not official and not practical at all to show code and ask for help.

I use another theme called "Enfold" from Kriesi. The support is through a forum which make is so easy. Get an idea here : https://kriesi.at/support/

You can see what other have asked and find problems who has been solved before. The support is saving so much time and also the customers since we don't have to wait days to get an answer.

Your theme is incredible but your support system really need to improve. Are you looking to change it in the near future? That would really help the support team (they must be overloaded) as well as its users.
