I was struggling with the theme before, I received positive support from the theme creators. I really had doubts that they would help with my issues but they pulled through, I am really happy about that. The reason for four stars, is it took a while to help but friendly support was on the other end and they where able to help.

Great theme and very courteous support even after a long time
Temlate is beautiful, but when it gets updated to version 5.5 of wordpress. The Slider Revolution plugin in the template does not work on version 5.5. Warns that you may lose data when saving (until updating to versions 6.2.18 )

Hi, I didn't touch my website was all happy with it after a lot of support to try and get it up and running, and having not touched it for months suddenly with an update it bugs and causes my footer info to disappear and the text of one of the sections to complete change.

Great design and usage for many options. Customer service was great and had a 1 day turn around time to get what I needed done. Great theme and would highly recommend it.

I located your support request regarding this matter #1597027 and established that our agent has explained to you that our theme supports up to 2 columns in portfolio single page. This can be seen even in our demo presentation http://fleur.mikado-themes.com/
Therefore, since there's no real bug in our theme and every functionality works as advertised, we would appreciate if you could reconsider this under-average rating.
