Hello

I am looking at buying a theme for my client. The main question is – does this theme provide checkout fields for delivery date & time, as well as the recipient’s name and contact. These fields are mandatory for sending flowers to someone.

Another question – is it possible to limit shipping areas for certain products? In my clients’ shop some product are only available at certain areas.

The theme uses Woocommerce plugin for the shop feature so basically the theme’s e-commerce functionality is 100% powered by the plugin.

You can add fields for delivery date using Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce plugin and limit shipping areas with help of Conditional Shipping and Payments addon, but we should note that the theme guarantees compatibility with basic WooCommerce plugin, while we cannot guarantee support and compatibility for all the extensions that are distributed additionally, appreciate your understanding.

Please note that you can try to use the Checkout Field Editor to customize the fields (as we mentioned before we haven’t tested WooCommerce extensions functioning with the theme and thus can’t guarantee their compatibility, appreciate your understanding) or the customers just can add the needed info about the delivery date and a contact of a person to the Additional information field.

Hello, I tried to upload this theme in Wordpress and it failed. Wordpress prompted that “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”... What can be done? Thank you!

My client has purchased this theme and I built the website for him. Sorry for posting this question from another account.

I assume this question might be useful for others who are looking for answer. The problem is with “Sory by” on the Woocommerce shop page. Unfortunately the theme seems to be forcing the “Newest” products, even when chose “Default” or “sort by popularity” under the woocommerce settings. The price sorting seems to be working.

I wanted to ask if there is function somewhere which I can remove to enable the default behaviour for sorting.

Hi There, I can’t seem to add new products or view the woocommerce settings in the visual content composer (I just get a blank white box) – I’m running the latest versions of Wordpress 5.6, WooCommerce 4.8.0, Flower Shop 1.1.1 and Php 7.3.25 any ideas what’s gone wrong?

I can add products ok, but the visual content composer still does not work…im having to go into the code and make changes using the classic edition…not great

The matter is that CMSMasters Contact Form Builder plugin that was used to create a demo contact form is considered to be obsolete after WordPress 5.5 update and was removed from the theme files and that’s why demo contact form can’t be imported. You shouldn’t worry that demo contact form wasn’t imported because it is just an example one and is substituted with a customer’s contact form in 99% of cases.

We recommend to use Contact form 7 plugin for contact forms creation, appreciate your understanding.

I just tried to upload this theme and import the demo content and unfortunately it has many errors.

Uploading plugins – crashes Activating plugins – crashes Uploading demo – crashes Uploading demo manually – freezes

By crashes, I mean the browser spinner stops, and then it shows blank page.

No demo content was imported, just a few random images, not a single page, nor the menu bar.

Do I expect a fix tomorrow or should I ask for a refund?
