The theme should be update soon. In the meaingtime, you can update the swipebox script to fix this.
Download the file here https://swipebox.codes/And replace the jquery.swipebox.min.js file in your JS folder.

I deleted the old theme, installed this one and the issue still persisted. Any ideas what might be causing this? No other theme does this on my site.
Any thoughts as to why it’s still happening?

It should work after updating the swipebox file.
However, I strongly suggest upgrading to a more recent theme as flycase is no longer actively supported and will be removed soon.
A new music WordPress theme should be available within the next few days.

there isnt no specific plugin to update.

can we get a link for the plugins to update. there is only one folder for flycase, and no folder for plugins as a bundle.

Your Domain wpwolf.com goes to some scam/spam/malware-pages. So the Flycase-Helpdesk isnt working. Is this thing still legit? Will there be updates? f.ex. changing the social links aint working anymore …

Sorry for the late reply. be sure that you can play the file when you access it directly with its URL eg. http://mysite.com/song.mp3
If not, you may have an issue on the server side.
BTW, the player on your page works fine on my side.

how do I use the elements in the demo install for these themes fo ray page if I want them? do I just edit whats already there or make a new page or post or what? these little things are the only things holding me up I’m lost the instructions don’t really touch on those things

You can use the demo content any way you want or you can start from scratch. The demo content is available to help you to get started and can be used as a reference to learn how the layouts are done.
Usually, users use the pages they like as starting point and change the images/backgrounds/videos and text to suit their needs. Then create a simpler menu and remove the pages they don’t need.
If you’re afraid to lose the default content, you can duplicate the pages you want to edit to keep a backup of the original pages. (How to Duplicate a WordPress Page – http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-duplicate-a-wordpress-page-or-post-with-a-single-click/)

Additionally, you can add this CSS rule in the customizer CSS tab to fix the filter color issue

Please be sure that all videos have their featured image set. Only videos with a featured image are displayed.

Hi, i purchased flycase 1.0.7 some years ago and i would like to update it. There is no option to update the theme directly from wordpress in order to maintain all my settings. I can only download the updated flycase 1.1.6 but if i substitute the theme using ftp i loose all my settings. How can i do? Thank you very much!

I saw the same problem in the comments, but there is no answer how to solve:
When using lightbox for Videos, videos wont play on mobile devices. Once you go to video the lightbox with video in it opens but when you press play the lightbox dissapears but no video is played. On desktop everything is fine.

Hello! I’m not sure when this changed, but when I used to click Appearance—> Edit CSS, it used to take me to a Custom CSS style sheet editor box. But it no longer does that! Do you know where I can access this old Custom CSS style sheet again?
