Since WordPress has updated to 6.3.1 the theme styling has broken, no support available can you please assist?

The current version of the theme listed in change log is compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
Have you perhaps updated something else (like PHP version)? If you are using PHP 8.1+ please note that we haven’t tested the theme with this version yet. We recommend using the theme with PHP 8.0 or PHP 7.4.

We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

Hi, quick question: how can I edit the portfolio item’s info labels? Looks the 3 text labels (category, tags, date) are not editable, or at least I haven’t found the option. My site is not in english so I need to change them or remove them.

Hi, I am ready to buy the theme, but want to make sure I can install it twice in order to make my portfolio site in spanish and english (I don’t want to use a translator plugin, I prefer to have them on separates folders for SEO purposes). Is that allowed with the license? both sites will be on the same domain, for sure, as they are the same site just on different languages.

When you purchase a WordPress theme, it’s important to note that you also receive a license for using the theme – and each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain.
In your case, as this is the same site but in 2 different languages this will be perfectly fine to do but you will need to contact our support team and ask them to help you with this.

When making updates to the Widgets under Appearance, the update doesn’t fully complete and the button is left on [ Saving… ]. Any idea as to what is causing this? The widgets under the Customize section are working fine…

1. Yes, header type and header behavior can be set globally in theme options and also locally for individual pages. Local page options will override global theme options and this is why some pages in the demo have different header type. You can find more info about global and local options in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.
2. You can achieve this by setting Title Area which is an available option for all pages or by using Slider Revolution which comes as a bundled plugin with the theme.

Hi, I bought your “Fönster” theme and I have a question about the footer. Basically I have set in the Core Options to have a footer on 4 columns, I entered everything that went in these 4 columns but the footer is displayed on 3 columns (http://creativesrl.net/creative), how can I solve? Thanks!
