After updating the core to 8.8.4 and when running the update script it shows error message -

Hi just purchased the theme. However, the demo does not work. This message gets printed “The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.” I suspect a problem with the provided .sql file. Please check and revert with the correct .sql.

Hello – I’m having problem with your theme loading. Lot of times it goes to site can’t be reached and then I have to reload. I have great hosting. They said check with you guys. Any ideas how I can get this loading faster and not go to that site can’t be reached page?

The first, I’m sorry for lately reply because some days off. To put an image as loading page, open file theme-settings.less (themes\fo\lessc)
Add lines code:
background: url(../images/background/bg_boxed.jpg); position: absolute; top: 50%; left: 50%; z-index: 10000;
to: .loading-effect-2 {width: 100px; height:100px;....}
After that, delete all style related to .loading-effect-2
Clear cache, and try again. If you still can not do this, email to innovationtheme@gmail.com to get directly support.
