Support takes too long for issues such as glitches from non-updated themes. Having to implement classic widget plug-ins that compromise the layouts and out of date templates is too much when we’re on time restraints. As i’ve said, we love the themes but lately we’re running into too many that aren’t updated. Aside from much needed updates and fully integrating Elementor for better header and footer control, these issues could be avoided, and the themes would be flawless. Just an observation…

Please understand that our average response time at Help Center is around 24 hours on weekdays and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe. Since the theme was originally created when WordPress was using classic widgets you can use the classic widgets plugin and there shouldn’t be any issues.

All of the features, header and footer layouts displayed in the demo can be achieved with the theme templates, options, custom shortcodes and free version of Elementor. The Header and Footer on our demo sites are created with our header/footer templates, so unfortunately, we didn’t test the Elementor Pro header and footer feature with our theme.

We haven’t tested the theme with WordPress 6.x. To run theme on the latest WP version, you can use this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

First Main color won’t affect every element. Some elements (like header, footer, fonts, buttons, etc.) have their individual color settings for customizability reasons. For a more detailed overview of theme’s options please check the documentation in this link.

Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.

The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.

The theme have been disabled and removed. Do you have a cancellation policy on purchases (purchased with [···]@stens[···].dk)? The theme isn’t suitable for this type of client, unfortunately. So I’m working on another theme for them now.

We haven’t tested the theme with Elementor Pro. Demo content of the theme is built with free Elementor version and all of the features displayed in the demo can be achieved with theme options and free Elementor version and it is not necessary to use Elementor Pro.

In case that you are getting this message “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” when installing theme, this usually means that the wrong file is being uploaded. Check to make sure that you’re uploading the correct ZIP file. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Edge) and then theme.

1. Page background color is customizable and you can change it in Fokkner Core Option > General (please see screenshot ), and also on individual pages with local page options.

2. For more detailed overview of backend theme options please check the documentation in this link.

3. Yes, property list can be added with Elementor with “Property List” shortcode (see screenshot). Shorcode options can also be found in documentation.

4. You can add city names as categories or tags and then choose to display properties only from that category or tag as shown in screenshot.

5. Homepage slider is added with “Showcase Slider Video Info” shortcode and slides are entered as items (see screenshot) and each item has it’s options as shown in screenshot.
