Also, in any case, we have pointed out, in case you were using the WordPress version and you made a mistake non classifying correctly and trying to avoid this situation, we explained why you are receiving this notice from WordPress.
When you download a theme from Themeforest you download a zip containing different elements. The package you must upload to WordPress is the zip within the folder '01-Theme', this is also explained within the theme's documentation and I explained to you how to proceed in this case.
You must know that we provide support in order to help our users to have the best theme usage experience possible. We have attended correctly and the theme works perfectly fine, so I would ask you to follow our guidelines in our support area and hopefully, you can review your rating and set something more accurate because, honestly, we don't think that a 1-Star rating is fair having into account all the explained details.
