hi there, when client clicks on the “confirm order” button the order is created in DB, but imagine scenario when client goes back from chek-out page (due to forgetting to add some dish) and then clicks “confirm button” again, the restaurant will have two orders from the same client, illogical
Hi @ al-123 , As per theme default logic its not built with such scenario since order is placed in system upon click of Confirm order button.

if customers goes back from checkout and adds something more and clicks Confirm order button then the restaurant will have two orders places, one of them is irrelevant and he should guess which one , where is the logic?
Going back scenario is not supported.
what?? please before saying that check it by yourself, i’ve just checked that on the latest demo as well, go to this page – https://foodbakery.chimpgroup.com/grocbakery/restaurants/nature-healthy-food/ then click ‘Confirm Order’ and then simply go buck by browser arrows in the left up corner.
As mentioned above its not supported with such scenario and flow you are asking. Restaurant can see all details of Order + customer information against each placed order and communicate with user manually incase any confusion arises.

1. You mean to add extras or nutritional items along with menu items ? Explain ?
2. Deals can be added from the Menu builder given in theme. Follow Menu Builder for help : https://chimpgroup.com/knowledgebase/create-menu-foodbakery-theme/

Thanks for the replay, I am talking about extra information from the custom field, example on each item add under nutritional “Portion Amount: For 8 people ” and regarding how to show deals on every restaurant currently its not showing up the tab deal . as seen on this example https://foodbakery.chimpgroup.com/le-delicious/
- You can add extras as custom fields with each menu item. such extra information is not available.
- Make sure to use latest version of theme and all plugins to have all features as advertised. Also ensure if you have set detail view as Fancy from settings.

Hello, i would be pleased if you could tell me why or how to fix this issue. I de-registered the purchase code from my old site but still each time I try to verify the purchase code on my new site your server won’t let me proceed, I kept getting the same message over and over again asking me to de-register the purchase code from my old site. any reason why this is happening? - Before you activate / deactivate Wp foodbakery plugin installation again, make sure to de-register the code so that you can use it again to activate on it even on same installation or different domain.

Ok, Thanks for your quick reply. just to be sure from which of the domain should i deactivate the food bakery plugin? i was using the property domain just to have everything set up before moving it to the wotlogeats which will be the final destination for it.
Hi, i followed your instructions, deactivated all the foodbakery plugins, and deactivated the purchase code from the property domain. it still won’t reactivate on the wotlogeats
Its released now, you can use it. Make sure not to try to use on multiple links without deactivating first in future.

Hello, Just wondering if you could tell or point me to how I can fix this little problem. At the cart when one clicks or selects pay with cash it does not go through the woocommerce checkout, but if one selects to pay with a credit or debit card it works fine, it runs through the woocommerce checkout. How can I have the pay with cash button do the same?

Its not a problem but a simple cash method integrated in theme. if you want to use cash method given by woocommerc you can proceed via woocommerce payment gateway option using card option.
Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. when items are added to the basket, there are two options in the basket pay with cash and pay with a card, so when one selects the option to pay with a card that is run via the woocommerce payment gateway, but when one selects to pay with the cash option it doesn’t run via the woocommerce payment gateway. how can I have it run via the woocommerce payment gateway as well? I would prefer to use just the woocommerce payment gateway for both of the options.

Hi @ SamKalaka , sponsored refer to featured restaurants functionary. You can set ‘Featured Restaurants’ switch as No in any given package and subscribe it.

Cada vez que reinstalo el theme tengo que pedir un soporte para liberar mi dominio, le pido por favor que dejen el dominio libre así no tenemos que estar pendiendo que lo liberen.
Quiero tener una buena experiencia con ustedes, ya pedí mi soporte por la otra vía lo hago por aquí, para que lo sepa la comunidad.
Le dejo los siguientes errores : 1. This Purchase Code is already registered with another Domain, get that De- egistered from the previous older domain

Hi @ victorvaen1 , You don’t’ have to ask support each time if you de-register purchase code before doing any update or new installation on some other or same domain. Before you activate / deactivate Wp foodbakery plugin installation , make sure to de-register the code so that you can use it again to activate on it.

Hi, I’m not the only one having this problem. Even on your site, when you click on enlarge the image of the menu, it goes out of the screen. I tried with all types of phones.

Hello! Can a user have multiple restaurants? also Can I create a user and make him admin on a restaurant? If yes.. how can I do it?
Hi @ ymavrak , Both user and publisher needs to be assigned to any restaurant to perform its related activities from frontend. By default every restaurant has Specific Publisher (owner) and every publisher/company can own one restaurant at one time. Any modification will require php custom work. You can enlist developer’s help for that.

Ok! I see. So how can I make a user administrator to a restaurant?
That can’t be done in current theme logic since every restaurant will have its own dashboard , orders , bookings etc. that will be managed by them specifically.

1. Oui, le thème peut être traduit en français à l’aide du plugin loco translate.
2. L’administrateur recevra d’abord le paiement sur son compte, après quoi l’utilisateur du restaurant pourra retirer le paiement via son compte. L’administrateur recevra une demande de retrait et transférera le paiement manuellement sur le compte d’utilisateur du restaurant.
3. Le rayon de livraison n’est pas disponible.

Merci pour votre retour, j’ai pu voir également la possibilité de mettre un module de réservation de table, est-il possible de demander un acompte pour valider la réservation de la table qui sera déductible lors de l’encaissement après prestation le jour J ? Je pose la question notamment pour éviter les « no-show »
