Hello, is it possible to change the payment gateway? because stripe in not working in my country.

Hello, it is possible but we do not offer this within support, neither have time right now. Sorry. You have to hire a developer to reach this goal.

FoodBoard uses the checkout page only provided by Stripe. Found this: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/integrating-customer-portal Please note: supporting Stripe features are out of scope.

does this have a php backend? or just static html for each product

Is there any back-end of this template where we add products images, prices and content ?

If customer want to cancel their order so how customers can do it ?

At this moment there is no backend area but it is a good point for a future extension. Thank you. Customer can cancel the payment process on checkout page. There is a “back link” on top left corner on Stripe’s payment gateway which drives the user back to FoodBoard. So you simply do not enter card data on the right but you click the “back arrow” on the top left.

looks good but preview doesn’t load for me

Thanks, what is the problem with the preview? You mean the preview image on themeforest?
