Docs and author-specific plugins were dead links in the theme. Req'd customer support to even get it installed correctly. If you're in the Americas, support is offshore (which is fine) except that you will get 1 response per day (overnight) to inquiries.
Says it comes w/ psds, but you need to ask for specific ones (doesn't come in download).
This may be typical for themes, but it also says it comes w/ lots of add-on licenses - users cannot activate or update the plugins - updates are dependent on theme updates. As of this writing, WP Bakery Page Builder + ultimate add-ons were immediately out of date on install and the last theme update was 10 months ago.
