I am unable to access support. When I try to register there registration form errors out with the error message “invalid purchase code”. I copied the purchase code from envato / themeforest so I am certain it is correct. I even extended the support for 6 months. Still invalid purchase code error when attempting to register. I tried using different browsers, but I still get the error message. There is no other way to contact except for registering. But I can’t register… so I can’t get support… so if I can’t get support I would like a refund.

Hello dear 7uptheme, i buy Purchase code at 2020-10-11 and i try today again after long time to active my theme and i become the error. i checked here : https://forum.7uptheme.net/check-purchased-code/# and i saw nothing. i check with registering in 7uptheme website . man, your demo preview is super buggy! maybe you fix that. i couldnt get onto a detail pag. was stuck on that red loading page with 3 dots.
