Good Day, I purchased Support for Fortex – Military Service & Veterans HTML Template. I have been trying to get it to load in the Envato plugin with bluehost it keeps giving me errors. I looked up the steps and it said to contact the author to ensure compatibility for the plug-in.

If so – it will not work. This template is a set of regular static HTML files, not a WordPress theme.

Hi there, We had purchased the HTML template package for the Fortex military design and after getting everything uploaded to our server and such, we noticed how the live demo version has multiple interactive features with the mouse moving over pictures and it moving or soldiers in the background doing the same. We are also noticing how the cycling of the pictures after x amount of seconds or when scrolling down does not happen.
All of the pictures are blurry as well compared to the original template.
What would be the best fix for this type of issue? it sounds like Javascript either not being called to function? We allowed permissions as well

No problem! I love the design!
As for the issue, yes that is what we are experiencing, but from the sounds of it there is a feature on the wordpress template that makes the soldiers move as they do, that is not included with the HTML template version that i purchased. Didn’t go with a wordpress website and hosted a custom domain for it. That would explain why the wordpress one is also more expensive (since it has the moving responsive background on the soldiers and other items as well).
If that is the case for that part, i completely understand and am fine with that 
On the other hand, both demo versions (wordpress and non-wordpress templates) both have crystal clear psd files. When we launched the code last night we noticed how all the pictures are very blurry. Would there be a way to fix the blurry pics? Even the ones in the PSD files are as well.

The images used in the template are not included in the main download file, they are only for the preview purpose. According to Envato Terms we replaced all images with placeholders.
We provide a list of links to used images in template documentation
Also, you can use the additional plugin like parallax.js (https://matthew.wagerfield.com/parallax/) to make the soldiers move.
