Hi, Why is the slider not showing up?

Druaplet and Themeforest support contact must be a joke because I attempted to contact this author and waited the amount of time required for support which I found was 5 days, and still no contact, I would have at least expected a we have received your contact notice from the author. I searched the envato forum for this author and found another complaint regarding drupalet support or rather lack there of. They include a documentation file with the theme however the support link is dead. I will concede the theme works out of the box however when installing modules ( in my opinion a basic function of all themes) the site breaks. Two modules i have found so far that cause issues are webform and metatag. I have read the “how does support work” and im sure i will get a “this is a customization” response and how I can pay for upgraded support, however I feel drupals module integration is a core feature that themes must offer support on. I have purchased from other theme sellers and have had excellent support including module issues.

Are PSD files included?
