Hello hooplah64,

The template will work for RSS-driven campaign in MailChimp but you need to add RSS tag’s that used for Mailchimp.

If you have the experience working for html codes then you can simple add rss driven code to the template.

As you may know all the devices, programs do not have responsiveness support. You can take a look at below link to see which devices support responsive. May be galaxy note 2 and client K-9 do not support for responsive.

Thanks for purchase my template.

If you are editing the template from “My Templates” section then the drag & drop will not work. Mailchimp drag & drop will work when you import the template on campaign section and work on there. So not from My Templates section work on Campaign section.
